There is a new restaurant in town and it is twisted! Featuring stunningly fresh seafood, raw bar, liquor bar and live entertainment, this restaurant is sure to satisfy all the senses. The Twisted Fish is located at 511 NE 4th St, Boynton Beach, in the same location where The Backyard was once located. Although the location will look relatively similar to The Backyard, Timothy Collins stated “We’re trying to change the hardcore alcohol bar kind of image it has, rowdy, you know, craziness. We want to establish a dining-type atmosphere.” And with a menu featuring options such as fresh tuna poke, whole yellowtail snapper, and a seared ahi burger, they are on their way to being the next premier seafood eatery in Boynton.
Father and son duo, Timothy Collins and his son Timothy, have been owners of the Fish Depot at 1022 North Federal Highway in Boynton Beach for about two years. Fresh fish is their business and the new restaurant will highlight fresh ingredients, locally sourced from Fish Depot. All of the dishes, including their dips, will be made in-house.
The Twisted Fish will also feature live entertainment every night. The Grand Opening event on April 1st, 2nd, and 3rd will feature a weekend full of music and food. Bands such as Uproot Hootenanny, Eddie Jelley and Future Prezidents will take the stage. There will be food and drink specials available, and the atmosphere is sure to be lively!
Can’t wait until April? The Twisted Fish is open daily from 11:30 A.M. to Midnight on weekdays and 11:30 A.M. to 2:00 A.M. on weekends. For a full schedule of events please visit twistedfishevents.com. The Twisted Fish also offers a full take-out menu for lunch and dinner. The website will be available later this week at twistedfishboynton.com.

You will be disappointed if you patronize this establishment. Medioker food, non existent service personnel. No Raw Bar! Really? It’s why I went… for the only time. (10 thumbs down!)
